THRIVE-6 Sessions Yoga & Mindfulness Workshop
Mysore is open to everyone and suitable for all body types and levels of experience. Participants will receive one-on-one attention in a group setting.

Use Yoga and Mindfulness to re-discover your passions and flourish!
Through beginner yoga, mindfulness meditation, partner work, journaling, and a community of others searching for something similar, you will deepen awareness of your life moment to moment, become aware of what needs to change, and empower yourself to create what you want. Development of a simple home practice, weekly e-mail reminders, and a 5-hour retreat support your personal journey.

When: Monday 5:30-7pm June 19th-July 24th with retreat at Morven Farms Sat July 15th. No program on July 3rd.
