The Spring SARC Yoga Workshop is open to all members of the A-School. Participants at any level of yoga practice (including total beginners) are welcome. The workshop will consist of 3 sessions held in Campbell Hall, led by seasoned Contemplative Sciences Center (CSC) Ashtanga instructor John Bultman. Everything that you need for the classes (mats, blocks, etc.) will be provided. If you would rather use your own mat, you are welcome to bring one. In order to have optimal individual and group experiences, attending all sessions is strongly recommended.
 
Like the weekly yoga classes taught by CSC Co-Founder John Campbell, the Spring SARC Yoga Workshop is the fruit of a collaboration between the Contemplative Sciences Center and the A-School. The workshop is designed to enhance participants’ holistic wellness, including strength, balance, focus, growth, resilience, and relaxation. It is also a chance to develop knowledge and practice of wellness which are central to our mission of heightening the symbiosis between life, health, and space.
