Spring 2018 Rotunda Contemplative Practice Series Announced
January 16, 2018 — CSC is pleased to announce this experiential 6-session series featuring a diverse array of contemplative practices. Held at the University’s iconic Rotunda, sessions include mindfulness and compassion meditation; bridging separation through sacred movement and storytelling; sound meditation; and medical and therapeutic yoga.
Sessions will include a short talk by the presenter(s) and an opportunity to participate in a led contemplative practice.
Comfortable attire is encouraged, as contemplative practices may include poses or gentle movement. No previous experience is required.
Open to the public and free of charge. There is no registration for this series.
