Carolyn Schuyler is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery. Her work focuses on promoting emotional resilience by fostering networks of social support, deep intentional relationships with nature, and opportunities for free play and creativity. In order to combine these efforts, she founded Wildrock, a nonprofit nature playscape hosting innovative ecotherapy programs, public play days, and therapeutic retreats. Carolyn is certified by the Academy of Guided Imagery and regularly uses visualization and imagery work in her work. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Michigan School of Social Work.

Geoff Cox is the creator of Acu-Integral Healing Systems, owner of The Yellow Door, and a contemplative instructor at UVA. He has over a decade of experience training and teaching the art and science of resilience through various disciplines. Geoff created Integral Resilience™ — a system that synthesizes the best practices, tools and techniques from his work as an acupuncturist, meditation teacher, life coach, wilderness educator and qigong instructor to offer a comprehensive but accessible program that can have a profound impact on health and wellbeing. As an acupuncturist and movement specialist, Geoff uses a targeted combination of several modalities: Chinese and Japanese acupuncture, bodywork, functional breathing re-patterning, integrated postural and movement re-patterning, corrective exercises, nutritional counseling, meditation, and coaching. After graduating from the New England School of Acupuncture, Geoff spent two years working at Wakefield Wellness Center in Wakefield, MA. While at Wakefield Wellness Center, he trained extensively in the ACUMOBILITY and ACURUNNING systems of movement and mobility assessment and correction.
