Creative Mindfulness Workshop
Join us for this experiential 6-week series featuring contemplative practices from around the world. Held at the University’s iconic Rotunda.
Come explore contemplative practices at OpenGrounds! Take the opportunity to relax before finals, and learn about mindfulness and how to implement creative practices into your everyday life. This event is free and open to all. Food and tea will be provided.
