Throughout the day, attendees will explore how to build health professional resilience and address burnout in the complex world of medicine, while also reframing uncertainty in medicine as an approach to cultivating resilience.
 
Learning objectives:
  • Understand a definition of resilience that addresses the professional experience of clinicians.
  • Experience a mindful practice designed to enhance resilience by building awareness that is linked with self-compassion.
  • Explore the improvisational nature of the medical encounter.
  • Put into practice the components of creating space, creating trait and creating ensemble.
  • Understand how Insight Dialogue can be used to enter into uncertainty in medicine.
