Yoga is the practice of uniting the mind and body in a series of postures or as meditation in motion. The yoga practiced in each section will be determined by the instructor. All yoga classes focus on a series of postures that strengthen the muscles, increase flexibility, energize the body, and cultivate mental and emotional calmness. The class will begin with instruction on basic postures and progress to an intermediate level.
This class has four sessions and each session has different time and location: 
1) Tue, Thu 8:00-9:15 AM, Memorial Gym MP120
2) Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-9:50 AM, Memorial Gym MP120
3) Tue, Thu 2:00-3:15 PM, Aquatic & Fitness Center MP1
4) Tue, Thu 8:00-9:15 AM, Aquatic & Fitness Center MP1
