This class will teach the basics of Tai Chi, a martial art characterized by soft and slow flowing movements of the torso and arms coordinated with shifts in body weight and easy movement. Tai Chi is a form of meditation in motion and emphasizes relaxation that improves balance, muscle tone, and promotes stress reduction.
